You may have recently been discharged from the hospital, or your doctor may have recommended that you secure special health services.  Call us!  Quality care is available to you within the setting of your own home. 

A skilled professional nurse or therapist will visit your home to determine which services you will need and develop a plan of care.  This plan will be seen and approved by your doctor.  As our staff continues to visit you, your progress will be consistently monitored and your physician will then work with Helping Hand to plan an appropriate time for discharge.
